THE NUTSHELL

I began working in the hospitality industry in 1977.  When I was introduced to the "World Wide Web" in 1998 via WebTV, on the first day, I remember thinking, "This is like a library at my fingertips. I could get addicted to this."  I taught myself HTML code and built my first website.  Google wasn't around back then, so I surfed the WWW to gather everything related to bartending, bars, bartenders, cocktails, etc., via webrings to create a one-stop cocktail resource website.  I never added affiliates or clickable monetization links.  The information was free for anyone interested in this subject.
